BASSON
SOUND LIMITED WARRANTY
All Basson Sound products are carefully constructed
and thoroughly tested before shipment. Products purchased
from Basson Sound or an authorized dealer in the USA,
are warranted to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for (5) years from the date of purchase.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
It is understood that the warranty is subject to the
inspection by Basson Sound.
Excluded
from this warranty are defects caused by (overpowering
or underpowering the speakers) wear and tear, neglect,
misuse, accidental damage or alterations and modifications
of any nature. This warranty will become void if the
metallic label affixed to the back of the monitor /
speaker cabinet which references specifications and
the serial number is tampered with or altered in any
way, or if the cabinet is opened by a non-authorized
dealer.
Should
the product fail due to factory defect in material or
workmanship, your unit will be repaired or replaced
at the sole discretion of Basson Sound.
To
obtain warranty service you must first call our Customer
Service number at (760) 929-0457 to obtain a Return
Authorization number. This R.A. number must appear on
the outside of your package and on all paperwork relating
to your return. When returning a product to us for warranty
service, it must be carefully packed and shipped prepaid
to:

must include the following items:
> A copy of your sales receipt or
other proof of purchase.
> A brief letter indicating the
problem you are experiencing.
> Include in your letter your return
address, daytime phone number and R.A. number
Our
obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair
or replacement of the defective unit when it is returned
to us prepaid within the warranty period.

3. Serial number from the back of the cabinet or amplifier.
4. Date and location of purchase.

save your original receipt!
Your
