The
B410B produces sub-harmonics, also at 28 Hz, uncharacteristic
of other 4-10” bass cabs. The speakers it shares with
the B210B and B810B gives it a similar uniqueness, but with
a slightly more aggressive tone than the B210B. The result
is like “warm thunder.” The over-sized, 200oz.
magnets on the speakers and 1,000 watts RMS of power keep
the cones moving lots of air, increasing sustain and volume
with longer wavelengths – the low end. Sound reinforcement
for B410B isn’t necessary until one is in a very large
venue, such is its tremendous low-end response. This cab is
also a power hungry animal and will need an amp rated at 750+
watts at 8 Ohms. Also features a tweeter switch and ball-bearing
casters. Available in black or gray mesh.
